About our presenter...
Eliyahu Lotzar and his company, Reframed Reality, help companies and non-profits develop three aspects of organizational life: the individual, the team and the organization.

Eliyahu holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College, a Masters in Social Work Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor's in Justice, Morality, and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University.  He has also been certified by the Adizes Institute and the Arbinger Institute to facilitate team and organizational processes.

Hailing from New Jersey, Eliyahu spent 15 years in Israel as a student, social worker, and business owner. He is an avid photographer, walker, laugher, and friend.  He now resides in the DC area with his amazing wife, Shira Harrington.
