I'm Late, I'm Late, I'm Late! If you're a busy person, juggling many different activities and relationships, balance has to mean more than just adding hours to your day!!
When people close to you start becoming burdensome because jobs or activities scream for attention, we know it's time say, "Time Out!" and reassess priorities. In this class, you will learn how to minimize stress while not neglecting necessary demands of everyday life as well as cultivating important relationships. Topics include:

Jack Dunlap, in his distinguished career, has been a prosecutor, a Navy judge advocate and judge. He became Chief of the Legal Assistance Program for the Department of the Navy, a worldwide legal services program with more than 700 attorneys. He has also served as a senior attorney and training director for the American Prosecutors Research Institute's National Center for the Prosecution of Child Abuse. During his career, he has advised some of the most senior officials in the country. Since 1992, Jack has dedicated himself to teaching and coaching leaders.
After 25 years in the law profession, Jack began teaching leadership and management courses, including stress management and balance. He founded Dunlap & Associates and has taught and coached thousands of leaders and employees in private industry and in most federal agencies.
He was a founder and director of the the JOBS! Ministry and The Falls Church Career Resource Center, which provided office space and resources six days a week to those in career transition. He has helped thousands of people look for jobs during his tenure with the JOBS! Ministry.
Two life-changing years of dealing with cancer has taught Jack the importance of balancing the most important priorities in life, especially faith, family and friends.
